About the Gathering

The TrueCity movement of churches will once again host a gathering on February 19-20, 2010 at Philpott Memorial Church. Our focus this year is to celebrate the ways we see God at work in our city, and how He is enabling congregations to be a part of what he is doing.
People who have participated in TrueCity conferences over the past five years have often commented on its “family reunion” atmosphere. This year our aim is to grow and deepen this family connection all the more as we share stories and worship together Friday evening, and then re-gather Saturday morning to connect with God's heart for our city through prayer.
People will also be able to participate in a 24-7 prayer room which will be active through-out the weekend and into the following week. Arts initiatives, including ‘TrueCity: In Concert’ are being planned.

24/7 Prayer Room
A 24/7 Prayer Room will be active from Friday, February 19th starting at Noon to Friday, February 26th ending at Noon at Philpott Memorial Church.
This will be an interactive space that will bring prayer and mission together.
As part of your participation in the prayer room, you are invited to bring:
- A picture that captures your neighbourhood
- A non-perishable food item
